The McCormick Group has been retained by Perkins Coie LLP to assist in searching for a Chief Diversity Officer, who will be responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s diversity initiatives. The CDO will work with firm management, practice group chairs, committees and administrative professionals to further the implementation of the firm’s diversity goals, which includes the furthering of the commitment to recruiting, developing, retaining, and promoting diverse attorneys. The CDO will work with office management and practice groups to infuse the concepts of diversity inclusion into the firm’s culture. The CDO will supervise a team of three professionals.
