Nine Employee Benefits (EB) attorneys moved firms in April, the same number as in March. The total consisted of five partners and four counsels.
The nine attorneys cover many aspects of EB law including ERISA Litigation, Title I, executive compensation and due diligence in the context of corporate transactions, qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health & welfare plans counseling and compliance.
Particularly noteworthy was the move of four ERISA litigation attorneys (one partner and three counsels) from Ogletree Deakins to Maynard Nexsen.
