The McCormick Group has teamed with Savvy Surveys for Lawyers and Blickstein Group in conducting the Fourth Annual Survey of Compensation and Metrics. This survey is designed to collect information on the compensation and role of the lead business operations executive at law firms of all sizes. It should take less than ten minutes to participate and the results will be shared with you for benchmarking purposes. Please click here for the survey.
The first of three free reports will be emailed to you in early June. The second and third reports (early September and late October) will also aggregate and analyze the cumulative data from an expected 300-plus participants (last year had 303). As of May 7th, 107 respondents had taken the survey.
Among the features of the survey:
- Comparative data by three sizes of law firms (roughly under 30 lawyers, mid-size, more than 160 lawyers)
- Cost of living adjustments by metropolitan area
- Invitations to no-cost webinars and virtual conferences to explore findings
