Franca is a Consultant with the Law & Government Affairs practice at The McCormick Group who focuses on conducting partner searches and representing such candidates on a national basis.
Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Franca held high-level Business Development roles at many elite law firms such as Davis Polk & Wardwell and Kelley Drye & Warren. She also was a Managing Director for Marketing at FTI Consulting.
Franca is a graduate of Wellesley College and earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. She began her legal career as an associate at Orrick Herrington (now Orrick) in New York.
