Tim Ward of The McCormick Group addressed students of The University of Charleston (WV) School of Business and Leadership’s Doctor of Executive Leadership class on May 23, 2016. Tim, who is a Principal of the Government Contracting Practice, spoke on employer and candidate advantages of using an executive search firm, types of search firms, and employment market trends. He also discussed how job seekers can differentiate themselves in the market to employers and recruiters.
