This includes VP/SVP Marketing, digital transformation, marketing/sales director, customer experience and customer engagement leaders, specialists and the C-Suite.
During her career, Nicolette has worked with different organizational structures, as executive, as advisor and as entrepreneur on all continents. She has spearheaded brand leadership, viewer engagement as well as digital transformation for international TV networks and advised one of the great European success-story entrepreneurs whose company was purchased by KKR for $1.6 billion. Nicolette brings refined multi-cultural skills and a keen sense for evolving executive leadership dynamics to corporations, non-profits and start-ups.
A natural innovator, she has launched businesses from the ground up in the US and overseas with e.g. Virgin Atlantic, Lufthansa and GGP. Nicolette lectures on global business & management transformation at Georgetown University Continued School of Education and brings a passion to emerging new business models. Her combination of know-how, entrepreneurial mindset and whole systems design thinking helps clients create winning teams in transformational environments.
Nicolette has an MBA in strategic management and international marketing from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (Ecole des Ponts ParisTech) in Paris, France and a BA in international business and finance from the International Business School, Lippstadt, Germany. She is fluent in German, English, French and speaks basic Spanish. With a heart for social entrepreneurship, she coaches social entrepreneurs in Morocco and serves as member of the Board of Directors of Rainbow Therapeutic Riding Center.
