The McCormick Group is searching for a new Food and Beverage Director for a growing property in Harpers Ferry, WV. The site includes a restaurant, bar, hotel, and organized outdoor activities. It has grown from $200k in revenues to more than $600k in the last year and is looking to position itself as a destination resort.

The F & B Director must have strong restaurant experience, familiar with applicable standards and requirements concerning the running and operating a food establishment. They will be responsible for profitability, pricing, product quality, and customer care. They will have demonstrated success ensuring customer satisfaction, able to focus on quality and consistency in dining to provide an atmosphere that brings the guests back and builds the local clientele.

The position reports to the General Manager.
