This position will support the business in making critical decisions with financially driven advice and information while also managing departmental operations in the areas of software and services procurement contracts, and IT policies.

Vendor Management. Lead or partner with procurement group to identify, manage, and control vendor contract relationships and performance for the efficient delivery of technology software, equipment and services, minimize potential business disruption, avoid delivery failure while pushing the most value and pricing from technology vendors.

Contract Management. Lead or support contract evaluation, negotiation, execution and processes approvals on: general terms and conditions, master service agreements, maintenance agreements, service level agreements, and statements of work in accordance with Firm policies. Define and manage vendor breaches and incentives if performance does not meet or exceed established criteria. Track IT contract expirations for on-time renewals of support and services.
