Wendy Duffey is a Consultant with The McCormick Group who specializes in the Professional Services market. She fills senior management positions throughout the United States. In particular, she focuses on administrative positions in law firms, including those in marketing, business development, information technology, real estate and facilities management, human resources, professional development, finance and practice group management. For TMG's Boston office, Wendy was named Rookie of the Year in 2004, and Account Executive of the Year in 2007.

Wendy has more than 25 years of experience working in human resources on domestic and international issues for financial services, professional services and manufacturing firms, including Fidelity Investments, Arthur D. Little and General Electric. Wendy has recruited for many disciplines at all levels.

Wendy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Psychology. One of Wendy's passions is to help children enhance their lives through positive reading and learning experiences. To that end she has been a "Big Sister" for over 20 years and has volunteered in Boston area school libraries and with Boston Partners in Education. She has been a volunteer with the Boston Marathon for 15 years. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Boston Human Resources Roundtable for HR directors in professional services. She serves on the Advisory Board for Self Esteem Boston and the Leading Women Steering Committee for the Girl Scouts, Patriots' Trail Council.
