Susan Schlather is a Consultant with The McCormick Group where she is a member of the Not-For-Profit and Association Practice. She specializes in the recruitment of executives and other leadership team members for local, national, and international organizations. In addition, she provides a wide range of consulting services to both candidates and organizations. In her first year at The McCormick Group, she was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for the Arlington office for outstanding performance.

Susan came to The McCormick Group from a career in international travel, sales and operations. Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Susan spent more than 25 years in the travel technology field. She held positions with Sabre, Inc. in e-Business (website) Development, Sales and Marketing, and Account Management. Susan is very active in the community where she has provided pro-bono searches and recruiting consultation to many organizations.

Susan grew up in the Mid-West, earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from Indiana University. She has lived and worked in 5 countries and traveled to over 40.
