Roger Troup is a Senior Consultant with The McCormick Group’s Government Contracting Services practice. He specializes in placing executives and mid-level managers with government service providers. Roger has specialized in placing a wide range of individuals combining both financial and business development skills.

In his 12 years with The McCormick Group, Roger has consistently been a top performer. Known for taking on unique and difficult searches, Roger has been recognized as a member of The McCormick Group’s Hall of Fame for outstanding production. He also has been the recipient of the Multiple Placements Award of the Year.

Roger came to The McCormick Group after a career in sales. He spent 5 years with the multinational manufacturing firm of Heckler and Koch, where he served as Vice President of Commercial and Law Enforcement Sales.

Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, Roger is an elected Director of the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club.
