Vice President of Business Development located in the Arlington, Va.

Paul Rothenburg, as Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for marketing and business development for The McCormick Group. He is active in conducting search assignments in each of the McCormick Group core areas of legal, sales and marketing, information technology, government & professional services, finance and operations, real estate and construction, and non-profits and associations. In addition, he has consulted on the mergers of numerous professional service companies. Paul also manages the Government Services practice that places executives with government contractors.

Paul continually earns multiple top producer honors in the company and has been named “National Account Executive of the Year” and “Arlington Account Executive of the Year.” Paul came to The McCormick Group from a career as an executive in the communications, banking and real estate industries.

Throughout his business career, Paul has been deeply involved in the community. His many activities include: Chairman of Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind, member of the Rosslyn Renaissance Board of Directors and Co-Chair of their Urban Design Committee; Co-Chairman of “TechMatch,” a national workforce recruitment and marketing campaign for the Greater Washington region; Chairman, Goodwill of Greater Washington; Vice Chairman, United Negro College Fund; member of the Board of Directors for: Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind, Greater Washington Board of Trade, Leadership Washington, Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, D.C. Chamber of Commerce, and Big Brothers of Washington.

Paul grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Mich., graduated from Michigan State University and attended Detroit College of Law.
