Lynne Carter is a Consultant with The McCormick Group’s Government Contracting Services practice. She specializes in placing senior executives with an emphasis on the emerging emergency management area. Lynne has spent 20 years as a human resources executive in the Washington Metropolitan business community. During her career, she has served as VP of Human Resources with Black Entertainment Television and as Director of Human Resources for the Federal Systems Division of Wang Laboratories, Inc.

Lynne received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
