Linda F. Segal is a Principal for The McCormick Group specializing in the recruitment of executives and senior managers for the life sciences and health care communities. Linda also provides a wide range of consulting advice in the bioscience arena.
Linda joined The McCormick Group following a 25-year career in marketing, public relations and special event planning working with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. An innovator and problem solver, she has “sold” everything from Lassie to the Brooklyn Bridge. Among her previous employers are The Saturday Evening Post Marketing Co. and The 1983 Brooklyn Bridge Centennial Commission.
Linda is a member of the Program Committee of MDBio, a division of the Technology Council of Maryland. She serves as an economic evaluator of proposals to the Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) program at the University of Maryland.
As one who has always believed in community service, Linda currently serves on the board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Life Sciences Division and is an active member of the Social Action Council of Adas Israel Congregation. She is a volunteer at The Textile Museum.
Linda grew up in the Long Island suburbs of New York City. She holds a B.A. from Boston University and an M.A. in education and M.B.A. in marketing from New York University.
