Katherine Thompson is a Consultant with the Real Estate practice of The McCormick Group. She specializes in placing executives in both residential and commercial property management. Katherine enhances TMG’s presence in the Real Estate area through high-level placements in Leasing, Business Development, Operations and all types of Property Managers.

Katherine joined The McCormick Group after six years as a corporate trainer for two very large property management companies. Prior to that Katherine was a job developer for the State of New York where she was named Job Developer of the Year. She has also taught Communication and Public Speaking classes at the junior college level. In her spare time she performs stand-up comedy at local Washington, D.C. clubs.

Originally from Rochester, N.Y., Katherine received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She has also done Masters’ course work in counseling.
