Juliana Ornek is a Consultant for the McCormick Group specializing in the recruitment of customer-facing technical and sales professionals for software companies. Juliana works primarily with directors and VPs of professional services, pre-sales and post-sales support engineers, engagement managers and senior-level technical sales.

Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Juliana spent several years in executive and employee compensation consulting. Also, she worked for an on-demand software company where she helped build a software product for executive compensation professionals. In addition, Juliana taught courses in Information Technology and Operations Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business.

Juliana holds an undergraduate degree from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and an MBA in Information and Operations Management from the University of Connecticut.
