Ingrid Showalter Swift is a Consultant with The McCormick Group, specializing in the placement of executives and senior staff in the Nonprofit Sector. With a particular focus on fundraising and development, Ingrid is introducing exceptional talent to local and regional nonprofits.

Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Ingrid had 22 years of experience working in and with the following organizations: The Massachusetts General Hospital, The Women’s Lunch Place, West Concord Union Church, Emerson Hospital, The Junior League of Boston, The Institute of Contemporary Art, The Brimmer and Mary School, Saint Paul’s Church of Dedham, and Saint Paul’s Church of Westwood. Ingrid has served on and chaired many Boards and Committees in the community.

Ingrid attended The University of Virginia with a major in Art History and study in psychology. She is a member of Women in Development of Greater Boston, and The Vincent Club of Boston since 1995.
