Grant Lehman is a Consultant in the Finance & Operations Practice Group. He specializes in placing executives in the professional services area and has experience in financial operations, credit, investments, corporate strategy and consulting practices.

Grant joined The McCormick Group after 20 years of human resource and recruiting experience. He has held positions in management with American Express, First USA Bank, Unisys and Friedman Billings Ramsey. During his career, Grant has been a consultant to the human resource and outplacement industry, and has executive search experience with Dinte Resources and Willmott Associates.

Originally from New Jersey, Grant lives in Leesburg, Va. He graduated with a BS in Marketing from Siena College in New York, and has a MS in Human Resource Management from Widener University in Pennsylvania.
