Fran Kennedy is a Consultant with the McCormick Group, specializing in the placement of executives and senior staff in the not-for-profit sector.

Fran has a strong background in corporate sales and marketing, including owning and operating two large training and development franchises. Her first franchise was in sales and sales management training and involved private training through corporate in-house programs or public training through seminars. All programs were followed up by one-on-one coaching for reinforcement and support.

Fran’s second franchise was called Priority Management International, a time and information management organization. Again, programs were held in private in-house venues or in public seminars with what soon became the customary reinforcement and one-on-one coaching so critical to establishing solid long-term results. Clients were executives and top-level managers in well-known companies such as Sun Microsystems, Nynex, AT&T, Boston Scientific, Mitre Corporation and Fidelity Investments. Fran also designed and published her own high-end advertising magazines.

Early in her career, Fran served as a paralegal specializing in corporate and real property law.

Fran graduated from Lasell College, receiving her paralegal certification from Bentley College.
