Managing Principal located in the Arlington, Va. office
Elizabeth Humphrey is the Managing Principal for the Nonprofit/Association Practice for The McCormick Group. She conducts searches for a wide variety of executives and senior-level managers, both in the nonprofit and human resources areas.
Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Elizabeth spent five years as a political appointee in the Clinton Administration where she held positions at the Office of Personnel Management as a Public Policy Specialist and Special Assistant to the Director, the White House where she worked in Presidential Personnel and at the Department of Defense as the Project Manager for the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference and as the Deputy White House Liaison.
Elizabeth currently serves on the advisory committee for WORC, a nonprofit organization that brings together public and private not-for-profit organizations representing the employment, education and training community; community-based organizations providing supportive and ancillary services; and employers and corporations.
Elizabeth received a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University.
