Consultant located in the Arlington, Va. office

David Ris is a Consultant in the Law and Government Affairs Practice of The McCormick Group. David conducts associate and partner searches for law firms, as well as in-house counsel searches in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Prior to joining The McCormick Group, David was a sales and marketing executive in the high tech marketplace, directing successful business development initiatives with Nextel, Palm and MCI. David and his wife live in Montgomery Village, Md.; they have a daughter who is attending Radford University. David, who grew up in Montgomery County, graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences from Tulane University.

David is an avid golfer, woodworker, and volunteers with the Golden Retriever Rescue Education and Training organization (GRREAT). He is also an amateur photographer, who volunteers his time and photography skills to local high schools.
