Christopher K. Pelkey is a Managing Principal with The McCormick Group's Real Estate practice group specializing in placing senior-level real estate professionals. He came to The McCormick Group in 1995 from the telecommunications industry, where he was a salesman, Sales Manager and Regional Market Director. Prior to his sales experience, he was a professional military officer, serving over 23 years in the United States Army. During his military career, Chris commanded troops, served overseas in high-level nuclear operations assignments, and participated in combat operations in Vietnam. His last assignment was at the Pentagon with the Joint Chiefs of Staff as a NATO Staff Officer.

Chris has been involved in community affairs throughout his military and civilian careers. He spent more than ten years coaching soccer and baseball and was the Deputy Soccer Commissioner for a military base in 1984-85. After growing up in Lexington, Mass., Chris graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He also has a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
