Cheryl Bedard is a Principal with The McCormick Group specializing in finance, accounting, administration, and operations professionals. Since joining The McCormick Group, Cheryl and her teammates have placed key executives such as Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, Partners at a Big Four public accounting firm, Law Firm Executive Directors, and many other key directors and managers.

Cheryl came to The McCormick Group after 15 years experience in accounting and operations. Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Cheryl was an accounting systems consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. During President Clinton’s first administration, she served as Chief of Operations and Special Assistant to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Energy. She was regional controller at Earle Palmer Brown, and controller at several smaller advertising agencies. Cheryl recently completed a three-year term as a Board of Directors member of a local non-profit, Culpepper Garden.

Born in Germany, Cheryl has traveled extensively throughout Europe. She attended the University of Maryland at College Park, concentrating on accounting and marketing. She spends her free time as the lead singer of a local band, Mojo Hounds.
