Brian D. McCormick, Executive Vice President of The McCormick Group, has been responsible for the management of the Arlington office of The McCormick Group for the past 20 years. He has helped develop the company's specialty practice areas and continues to manage and train the company's consultants today. He is considered an expert in conducting highly confidential executive level searches and has personally conducted the searches for several key members of the executive teams of major professional services firms. His success is a direct result of his experience in the recruiting industry and his widespread knowledge of the market.

Brian selectively engages client assignment on an exclusive basis and provides consulting services and sales training for direct sales staff. He has trained sales talent for his entire career and his teams have been recognized nationally for their outstanding performances. He has continually developed award-winning teams in competitive markets and has continued to train the sales staffs today.

Before co-founding The McCormick Group in 1974, Brian was a teacher for Washoe County schools in the Reno, Nev., area. Brian has a B.S. in Education from the University of Nevada, Reno, and attended the Executive Management Program at Harvard University. He is very active in the Washington business community and serves as the Vice President of Membership for the Harvard Business School Alumni of Washington D.C.
