Andi Cullins is a Principal specializing in Law & Government Affairs. She has worked for The McCormick Group for more than 20 years, serving as an executive search consultant, manager, and corporate trainer. Throughout her career she received numerous performance awards, including Rookie of the Year and Account Executive of the Year for the Arlington office. She received an Outstanding Achievement Award for Management, and has been a member of the President’s Circle. She was named 2004 Corporate Account Executive of the Year.

Before rejoining The McCormick Group, Ms. Cullins served as regional Vice President for Staffing and Mobility at Citbank, MidAtlantic, President and Principal Consultant for the Cullins Consulting Group, and Managing Consultant for Knowledge Workers, Inc. where she specialized in organizational development and analysis. In addition to her work in search, Andi has developed programs in behavioral interviewing techniques for managers, diversity management training and sexual harassment avoidance, communication and negotiation skills workshops, consulting skills training, performance management planning and coaching, and succession planning. She was a commissioner on the Arlington County Human Rights Commission, and is a graduate of Leadership Arlington.

Andi, a native of Philadelphia, Pa., is a graduate of Catholic University in Washington D.C. She is certified in two forms of behavioral interviewing.
