With more than 12 years of experience in operational and program management, Chris brings a unique government contracts executive’s perspective to the recruiting process and is well situated to identify candidates who complement clients’ corporate goals. He develops collaborative relationships with his clients and serves as a consultant to help them build cohesive professional teams.
While Chris has successfully recruited a broad range of talent for a variety of clients, his focus is on searches for senior level executive positions for government contractors within the intelligence, technology, and service communities.
Before joining The McCormick Group, he served as the Director of Marketing for Electronic Warfare Associates in charge of Homeland Security and Emergency Management issues. He was also a Program Manager for that company, where he helped develop a variety of advanced technologies used in today’s battlefield. He spent 15 years in the U.S. Army in a variety of roles and in various international locations, including Germany, Sub-Sahara Africa, and the United Kingdom.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from University of Phoenix. Chris remains active in the community, by volunteering for America Red Cross and the Habitat for Humanity and the National Organization Disabilities. He is also certified as a master craftsman in woodworking.
