Tim specializes in searches for operations, technical, and business development executives for government contractors. He has a reputation for developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Through his extensive network, Tim is able to successfully complete a wide range of projects and quickly identify the right candidates for his clients’ most critical hiring needs.

He joined The McCormick Group in 2000. Before his tenure at the firm, he managed the largest office for Amresco, a national mortgage company, and was a Senior Loan Officer for City Federal Funding, a local mortgage firm. A career highlight was recognition as Loan Officer of the Year while at City Federal.

Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communication and Political Science from The American University. He serves on the Board of Directors and is an active supporter of Arlington Street People’s Assistance Network (ASPAN), a not-for-profit community based organization that assists homeless people in Arlington County. Tim also created and headed the annual Help-the-Homeless Holiday Gala, which raised over $100,000 to date for the homeless in Arlington. Originally from Rochester, NY, Tim currently lives in Arlington with his wife, Jessica.
