Roger specializes in placing executives and managers with government service providers. With over 14 years of executive recruiting experience at The McCormick Group and a reputation for drive and focus, he relishes tough assignments and employs great persistence to accomplish results. Roger develops close relationships with his clients and is dedicated to serving his market niche.

Roger conducts searches for executives in finance, contracts management, project management, and related fields. In addition, he has an exceptional ability to recruit talent with unique qualifications, including those with special clearances. Representative engagements include: quality risk management consultants, federal contracts operations professionals, directors of sales, a Senior Director of Minority Compliance, a Deputy Director of Contracts, and a Director of Contracts for a major consulting firm. Roger is consistently recognized as a top performer at The McCormick Group, was named to the firm’s Hall of Fame, and received the Multiple Placements Award of the Year.

He joined The McCormick Group after a career in sales. Most recently, he spent five years at Heckler and Koch, a multinational manufacturing firm, as Vice President of Commercial and Law Enforcement Sales.

As an avid fisherman and shooter, Roger is a Director of the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club. He helps young people learn to fish as part of a program established by the United States Park Service. He is a native of Arlington, VA.
