Ryan specializes in helping attorneys, both from private practice and government, confidentially explore opportunities with law firms in the Washington, DC, area as well as nationally. Ryan’s ability to focus on his candidates needs and find their ideal match are among his strongest attributes.

In addition to his work with candidates, Ryan also focuses on national searches for leading law firms and corporations that are looking to bring in talented individuals to upgrade their staffs.

Before joining The McCormick Group, Ryan held various sales and operations management positions with Flexcar in the D.C. area, as well as working with two litigation support companies in San Diego.

Ryan grew up near Frederick, MD, and currently resides in Washington with his wife and their yellow lab named Eisenhower. He spends much of his time attempting to play golf. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park.
