Deborah specializes in recruiting technology and information systems professionals. She has a reputation for tenacity, follow-through, and commitment to results. Deborah is able to easily understand complicated subjects and offer her clients constructive feedback. Furthermore, she prides herself on accepting challenges as well as inspiring others to do the same.

Deborah conducts searches for a broad spectrum of technology personnel, including information technology (IT) executives, software and database architects, security and sans engineers, network/systems engineers, project managers, help desk/desktop support experts, and programmers and developers. In addition, she performs searches for a full range of legal support positions, from paralegals to litigation support, at top national firms. Representative placements include: chief information officers for law firms and corporations, director of information technology for educational and healthcare companies, a Director of Database Architecture for a national not-for-profit, senior network and systems engineers for IT consultant companies and law firms, international trade analysts for law firms, and paralegal/litigation managers for law firms. Deborah has been a high performer since her first year, when she was awarded Rookie Account Executive of the Year. She has continued to excel and has been recognized multiple times by The McCormick Group with designations to the President’s Club and Director’s Club and with awards for Outstanding Performance.

Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Deborah spent more than 16 years in the telecommunications industry. She gained significant expertise in network management, sales, provisioning, customer satisfaction, and executive management.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. Deborah is a member of DC Web Women, Telecomm Hub, Women in Cable Telecommunications, and the Help Desk Institute. She has special interest in jazz, performing arts, and interior design. Deborah is originally from Charlottesville, VA.
