With over 25 years of working in the technology industry, Patti is skilled in understanding the specifics of a position and the kind of professional who will best meet the employer’s criteria. Her clients are mid-size to large high-tech companies with specialized needs. Representative placements include business developers experienced in selling professional services as well as products, high-level software developers, ERP implementation specialists, SAP program directors senior enterprise architects, project managers, chief technology officers, and senior level technology directors.

Patti joined The McCormick Group after serving as Vice President of Information Technology for a firm that provides government contracting services to a wide range of federal agencies. Before that she helped large to small organizations solve business issues relating to people and technology. Patti also has experience working with well-established SAP practices to help them find the right people, processes, and tools.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lucas Gardner University, and she is working towards a Master in Business Administration degree from Strayer University. She performs as a volunteer clown at local children’s hospitals and church functions. Patti is a member of the Chesapeake Technology Foundation and plays a role in keeping Field Security Officers in Maryland current on security regulation changes. She is a volunteer at Bodkin Elementary and is an active member of Heritage Church of God in Severn, MD.
