Kathleen specializes in placing finance and accounting executives for government contractors. Throughout her career, Kathleen has developed a strong reputation as a tenacious and thorough recruiter. With a keen ability to quickly build strong rapport with both clients and candidates, Kathleen is able to deliver high-quality talent for the most sought after roles in the government contracting industry. Her diligence and professional approach have helped her build a solid network of finance professionals and secure multiple repeat clients who often rely on her exclusively for their most challenging searches.

Kathleen’s clients include both public and privately held government information technology service providers. Some of her representative placements include: chief financial officers; vice presidents and directors of finance; professionals in internal audit, SEC reporting, tax, and financial reporting and planning; and corporate and division controllers.

Consistently a top performer, Kathleen has received several McCormick Group performance awards, including Directors, Presidents, and Chairman’s Club honors. She was also named to The McCormick Group’s President’s Circle and a past member of the Advisory Council.

Before joining The McCormick Group, Kathleen spent 17 years as an executive search consultant in the Washington, DC, metropolitan business community. Over the years she has developed extensive experience identifying and placing qualified candidates for a wide range of positions.

Kathleen is a native Washingtonian and attended the University of Maryland.
