Rebecca is a key member of The McCormick Group's research team and conducts market research and analyzes industry developments in conjunction with the firm's practice areas. Her research is an integral part of the search process and critical to the success of each project. Rebecca also provides additional support to Senior Vice President Lyles Carr in his business, philanthropic, and community-based endeavors.

A recent graduate of the University of Mary Washington with a double major in English and French, Rebecca was a four-year varsity member of the UMW Equestrian Team and Vice President of the UMW chapter of Operation Smile. Originally from Boston, MA, Rebecca now lives in Alexandria, VA and continues to ride her horse and compete in equestrian events.
