Ed specializes in helping attorneys and government professionals confidentially explore opportunities with law firms or corporations in the Washington, DC, area as well as nationally. He has particular expertise in placing attorneys who seek a better balance between professional and personal goals.

In addition to candidate representation, Ed also conducts selective searches on behalf of leading law firms and corporations that have a culture of developing and investing in their employees. His passion for successfully matching candidates with opportunities was recognized by The McCormick Group with the Rookie Account Executive of The Year award.

Before joining The McCormick Group, Ed enjoyed a diverse professional background. He served as a prosecutor in the U.S. Marine Corps, as a top municipal bond broker, and as a human resource consultant.

Ed is a native Washingtonian, who presently lives in Rockville, MD, with his very patient wife, two young children, two sweet but destructive hounds, and a constantly shedding cat. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University.
