Mary specializes in searches for executives for organizations in the private and public sectors of the Information Technology & Services industry.

Mary brings a wealth of experience from her 25 years of success in executive roles in the high technology industry. Her extensive experiences include expanding sales and technical teams, both domestic and internationally, and developing partnerships in both developed and emerging global markets.

During her tenure with a publically-traded multi-billion dollar software company, she quickly turned around its stagnant Latin American operation. She also advised and developed solutions with the company's Board of Directors for a major restructuring. Mary also built the international operation for a start-up software company as it expanded its operations from 6 to 50 countries and helped that operation build a revenue stream that consistently outperformed domestic operations.

Her work helping international business partners gain market share was recognized by the U.S. State Department and she was chosen to serve on a panel at its foreign service school entitled "How to Do Business Overseas."

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French with a minor in History from the University of San Francisco, and did graduate study at the University of Geneva and the University of Texas at Dallas. She is fluent in French and is an avid tennis player. She is also active in a number of business networking and volunteer civic affairs groups in the Washington, DC metro area.
