Known for his incredibly positive attitude, Ryan is responsible for conducting partner and associate level searches for law firms and corporate law departments. He also heads market research activities for the company, supporting all of the firm’s practice areas. Juggling multiple priorities is nothing new for him. He is an athlete who played varsity football for the University of Notre Dame and is part of an improv comedy troupe.

As a skilled recruiter, Ryan works with firms ranging from boutiques to international law firms. He also represents lawyers interested in confidentially exploring new opportunities in the local Washington, DC, area and across the country. Representative placements include: partners and associates at national “AmLaw 200” law firms, counsel level attorneys at specialized boutique firms, and associates with particular skills at large law firms.

Ryan joined The McCormick Group in 2005. He received the Robert J. Ringer Award in 2007, which honors extraordinary contributions to the company. He became a member of the President’s Club in 2007 and was recognized for outstanding performance in both 2006 and 2007.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration dual degree in Marketing and Psychology from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame. In addition to being a member of Mensa, Ryan is a member of The University of Notre Dame Monogram Club, the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Washington, DC, and an alumnus of DeMatha Catholic High School.
