Michael specializes in searches for executives and senior management for government contractors. With 16 years of experience as a business owner, he brings an employer’s perspective to the recruiting process and is able to identify candidates who complement clients’ corporate goals. He develops collaborative relationships with his clients and serves as a consultant to help them build cohesive professional teams.

While Michael has successfully recruited a broad range of talent for a variety of clients, his focus is on searches for senior level executive positions for government contractors within the intelligence, technology, and service communities. In addition, he conducts assignments for top-level executives for the commercial sector. Representative engagements include: executive vice presidents and senior vice presidents in program management, business development, and information technology; Senior Consultant to The Office of the Director of National Intelligence; and Chief Technology Officer and other positions for a Homeland Security contractor.

Michael joined The McCormick Group in 2006. Before that, he was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for The Peau Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals to the professional beauty industry. He also served as the Director of Marketing for Electronic Warfare Associates.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Bryant University. He is a member of the board of Azalea Charities, a not-for-profit with a dual mission of providing assistance to children and wounded soldiers. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is originally from Rhode Island.
