Lynne specializes in working with emergency management, disaster recovery, and business continuity professionals. She works predominantly with government contractors, such as consulting companies, technology service providers, and large engineering companies. Two of Lynne’s successful placements include the District of Columbia Fire Chief and the Director of Western Regional Management for a global engineering firm.

She brings 20 years of experience as a senior executive in human resources to her work as an executive search consultant. Lynne served as Vice President of Human Resources for Black Entertainment Television and as Director of Human Resources for the Federal Systems Division of Wang Laboratories, Inc. Her expert knowledge affords her significant insight into best practices for attracting, recruiting, hiring, and bringing onboard talented professionals.

Lynne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. With a father with a career in the military, she spent much of her childhood overseas, including three tours in Germany.
