Cassie specializes in executive searches for marketing, communications, and business development professionals for major law firms and professional services firms. She has an incredible network of contacts from managers to marketing directors to chief marketing officers in the Washington, DC, metropolitan region. She draws on this network to quickly identify and recruit highly-qualified and accomplished candidates.

With successful placements completed for law firms, business consulting firms, professional services firms, and consumer-oriented companies, Cassie is well-versed in evaluating the skills and experience of candidates and matching the right candidates to the right positions. She has placed many marketing managers at professional services organizations, a significant number of the chief marketing officers at the area’s major law firms, and a great number of the business development managers at management consulting firms. After earning the Corporate Rookie of the Year award her first year at The McCormick Group, Cassie achieved President’s Circle designation seven out of ten years and received the Robert J. Ringer Award.

She joined The McCormick Group in 1997. Before her tenure at the firm, Cassie was Recruitment Manager at the United States Department of State, where she screened potential recruits for the State Department and consulted with candidates taking the Foreign Service exam. She served as International Games Sports Manager for Special Olympics International and spent ten years as the Assistant Director for the International Military Community Executives Association.

Cassie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Shepherd University. Her favorite aspect of her job is connecting someone with the right job or opportunity. She spends her time out of the office walking, exercising, and traveling as much as possible to the Caribbean.
